  • A bet that does not verify. Include the operator, game, server seed, server seed hash, client seed, nonce and the result the casino showed. We treat a mismatch between their verifier and ours as a bug until proven otherwise.
  • A wrong or outdated RTP. Point us at the operator's page that states the figure; we update the table and the “checked” date.
  • A scheme we do not support. If you can link to the operator's fairness documentation, we can usually add it.
